Fall Equinox Celebration

Join April on 9/13/26 from 11-1 for a grounding yoga practice and brunch at the North Lewisburg studio.  Start the gathering off in a yoga sequence that will ground you and then join in community afterwards with a meal.   

Participants are asked to bring food to share that is fall themed.  In ayurvedic medicine fall food warms the body and is rich in roots and grains.   If you do not wish to bring food, please see April about making a cash donation so that food can be bought to share with everyone. 

Any pass or membership secures your spot for this event. Spots are limited to 8 participants.
