Start your day with a hatha style yoga class that introduces you to the power of essential oils. Essential oils can be applied topically or diffused with positive influence on an individual's emotional, mental, and/or physical well being. Last half of class focuses on the magic of restorative yoga.
Suitable for all participant levels, no prior experience needed. However, if you are new to essential oils, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or under a physician's care, then it is recommended that you check in with your healthcare provider before participating. While essential oils may be natural, they do hold the power to interact with other medications or holistic modalities.
