FLOWful Presence will invite individuals starting out in their wellness journey to move safely while learning poses, modifications, the benefit of props and mindfully highlighting body to breath connection for the power of presence. Movements will honor a flow style format that is suitable for all practice levels, including beginner's or those wanting to come back to the basics of a practice. On days when Meaghan teaches, participants are invited to explore FLOWful presence from the perspective of dance movements to end the week on a playful note.
Instructors share this format so that participants get a taste of the varying teaching styles that make the Anahata Mosaic community a wonderful wellness resource. Preregistration is required for this class and participants must be in the studio 5 minutes before class starts due to the building being secured.
