Have you wanted to try Tai Chi and not sure where to start?  Consider joining Carrie twice a month on Wednesdays at 6:45 for this 45 minute class to learn or practice the first 6 core forms, along with a warm up and cool down.  

As classes progress, Carrie will introduce more forms in the series and open the door for more Tai Chi engagement to other styles and forms.  The 6 core forms taught have been approved by the Arthritis and Fall Prevention as a safe and effective practice for improving balance and spatial awareness.  

This class is suitable for those who have completed the Tai Chi workshop, those familiar with sun style forms, and those willing to commit to learning this beautiful practice regularly so the class continues to move forward for all participants.
