Synchronizing breath and mindfully moving the body is found in an all levels flow. You will awaken your spirit, tap into the breath, and be invited to move while playing with various options for poses. Participants can expect to build strength and confidence while gaining body awareness. Options for modifications and use of props are provided throughout class. Must be comfortable moving from the floor to standing at times. Prior experience is helpful, but not required.
