In Come Om, participants will be asked to move with intention linking breath and movement as one, then settle into observations of breath, body, and spirit throughout class. Come Om encourages a deeper connection of self layered with mindfulness tools to cultivate living your yoga on and off the mat. Suitable for all practice levels.
