Mat Pilates is a beautiful supplement to a person's current yoga and fitness needs. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no prior experience is required. Options and modifications will be given so that each participant can have a successful experience no matter where they are on their wellness journey. Participants can expect to remain on the floor and use the body for resistance work while safely engaging their core and pelvic floor. Props may or may not be used pending the intention of class.
