Take a pause in the day to raise your vibration with intention and connection as you sit with the world. This invitation is for you to be a witness to your breath, thoughts, and feelings. Gain body awareness and learn mindfulness techniques to help shape or fine tune your meditation practice. Props may be utilized during the class to provide support or to promote deep rest to restore the body to its natural bliss.
Utilize this time to pause, just be, and connect to the radiance within. No previous experience necessary. Participants may bring a journal to reflect on their experience afterwards.
