In this combo class, adult participants and Mosaic Kids (ages 9-12) will share space to explore the breath and mindfully move the body. This class format will alternate weekly between Mat Pilates, a beginners yoga flow, and dance movement.
Participants will experience cues to tap into the breath while being invited to mindfully move. Each class format will help to encourage confidence, body awareness, playfulness, and strength.
Options for modifications and use of props are provided throughout class. Some prior experience is helpful, but not required.
