Mobility and intention is key in Fusion Flow as participants are encouraged to combine poses for strength, coordination, and endurance, as well as, play to the edge of their abilities. To help build heat and body awareness in the first half of class, individuals will be given options to tap into the energetics of the breath during movement.
The second half of class is focused on cooling the body with yin yoga, gentle stretching, or fascia release using rollers layered with a savasana.
Resistance bands, dhanda staffs, foam rollers, gertie balls, blocks, chairs, and floor slides are just some of the props you might see in this class. This class can help you burn away stress from the day or help you start the day off right. Either way, you are stronger than you think and we can't wait to cheer you on.
