Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a safe and effective practice for improving balance and spatial awareness. This program is supported by arthritis foundations worldwide, and endorsed by the CDC for fall prevention.


Join Carrie to practice the first 6 core forms with a warm up, walk, and cool down.


The style of Tai Chi that will be honored in these monthly practice offerings is Sun style.  If you are not familiar with Sun style, then please email or message April to see if this class is the right fit for you.
